Bench Counters
Most operators are required to keep track of how much production they have achieved. In many cases sewing operators are given operator work tickets to work with and they tearing off a work ticket as they complete each bundle of completed work. However in many cases that infrastructure does not exist and we supply Industry with digital counters for each operator to keep track of her completed production output.
How it works:
As the operator completes one work piece she presses the counter button and one digit is recorded. Periodically the supervisor takes score and turns the counter back to zero.
Simple but effective, in the absence of a progressive bundle ticket system
